Overview: We delve into market analysis, assessing competitors, opportunities, and customer needs. Through validation, we identify your unique selling points, estimate costs, understand market barriers, and determine necessary skills to move forward.

How my sessions work:

1. You present the work you were set in the session before. (Adding pages to slide decks)

2. We discuss the topics on hand. (Pre determined at the beginning of the program by me)

3. We set work to be completed and plan our next meet.
    

You will receive a follow up of our conversations key topics and any resources needed by email.
 

What I will deliver: 
Guidance. Knowledge. Know how. I will endeavour to make sure you see through the course. I wrote this process because it works. We wont be cutting corners.
 

If we are writing a document, business plan, or an investment deck I will track the development of your document with my own version which will be shared at the end of each session if I feel it's necessary. You will write these documents. But the true value isn't a document, its the work you do to create it.
