Uncover and validate your vision

Overview: We’ll clarify personal motivations, outline the vision and mission, and define the product. Together, we identify what makes the product valuable, who needs it, and why they’ll buy it, setting a foundation for growth.
 

What we can cover:

• Personal Motivations now, and in the future.

• Vision and Mission. 2 / 3 / 5 years.

• Product definition. What is it? Whys it valuable? Who will buy it?

• Problem you are solving.
   

Deliverables:

• 1-Hour online consultation
   

How my sessions work:

1. You present the work you were set in the session before. (Adding pages to slide decks)

2. We discuss the topics on hand. (Pre determined at the beginning of the program by me)

3. We set work to be completed and plan our next meet.
    

You will receive a follow up of our conversations key topics and any resources needed by email.
 

What I will deliver: 
Guidance. Knowledge. Know how. I will endeavour to make sure you see through the course. I wrote this process because it works. We wont be cutting corners.
 

If we are writing a document, business plan, or an investment deck I will track the development of your document with my own version which will be shared at the end of each session if I feel it's necessary. You will write these documents. But the true value isn't a document, its the work you do to create it.
